Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Olinkhu, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we are committed to offering a simple, transparent, and fair refund policy.

1. 30-Day Refund Guarantee (Unused Vouchers)

We offer a full refund on any voucher purchased through Olinkhu within 30 days of purchase, as long as the voucher has not been used or redeemed.

To qualify:

• The refund request must be made within 30 days of the purchase date

• The voucher must remain unused and unredeemed

• Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) must be provided

2. How to Request a Refund

Please email us with the following information:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Reason for the refund (optional)

We will review and process your request within 3–5 business days. Refunds will be returned to your original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the refund is processed.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

• The voucher has already been used or redeemed

• The refund is requested after the 30-day window

• The voucher was part of a free giveaway or promotional item

4. Cancellations

If you accidentally purchased the wrong voucher or no longer need it, please contact us as soon as possible. If the voucher has not been used and the request is within the 30-day window, we’ll gladly cancel and refund your order.

5. Technical Issues & Failed Deliveries

If you did not receive your voucher or had a problem accessing your order, please email us immediately. We will verify the issue and either resend your voucher or offer a refund if applicable.
